Meetings included:
- Engagement with Mr Kali Watson, Director of Department of Hawaiian Homelands, Outrigger Canoe Club, from 4pm on Sunday 3 August 2025.
- Engagement with Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) Trustee at Large Brickwood Galuteria, Chief Executive Stacey Ferreira and senior leadership, at OHA's main office from 10am Monday 4 August 2025.
- Engagement with Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawai'i Executive Director Thomas Williams and Deputy Chief Investment Officer Anthony Goo, at Cafe Honolulu, from 11.30am Monday 4 August 2025.
- Working lunch with Department of Land and Natural Resources Chairwoman Dawn Chang and senior staff, at Cafe Julia, from 12 noon Monday 4 August 2025.
- Engagement with University of Hawai'i at Manao Director of Land and Ocean Conservation Suzanne Case and researchers from her team, at the University of Hawai'i at Manao, from 2pm Monday 4 August 2025.
- Conservation site visit at Manoa Cliff Restoration Site, hosted by Department of Land and Natural Resources staff, from 3pm Monday 4 August 2025.
- Conservation site visit at Volcanoes National Park hosted by park Superintendent Rhonda Loh, from 12 noon Tuesday 5 August 2025.
