In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I have received from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) and the National Emergency Management Agency (DPMC) from 24-28 June 2024 the following documents: • Whakaari White Island – 25/06/24 • Ministerial Bilateral with Canada – 25/06/2024 • Exercise Rū Whenua Day 2 – speaking points – 26/06/2024 • Mayoral Relief Fund contributions to Hastings, Wairoa, and Tairāwhiti district councils – 26/06/2024 • NEMA Fortnightly Status Report – 27/06/2024. In addition, jointly with the Prime Minister, I received the following document: North Island Weather Event: Progress Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, Sediment and Debris, Infrastructure and Local Transport Projects – 27/06/2024. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in DPMC and NEMA, and from other agencies, and from ministers’ offices.
