39501 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for ACC: Has the ACC outsourced work to a non-public service entity, if so, which non-public service entity?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that ACC purchases most of the treatment and rehabilitation services for its clients from thousands of New Zealand private health care providers. This includes both public and private providers.
