39499 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Justice: Has the Ministry of Justice outsourced work to a non-public service entity, if so, which non-public service entity?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry considers ‘outsourced work’ to be externally provided end-to-end services that support the Ministry’s core business functions. I am advised that since 27 November 2023 the Ministry has commenced contracts with the following non-public service entities to outsource work: - Vega Global Limited (formerly Kodum) - International Conference Services - Revera Wellington - Fujitsu (NZ) Ltd - C & K Andrews Limited T/A N-Tech - Datacom Systems (Wellington) Ltd - Equinox Limited - Lateral Minds Pty Ltd - Spark Digital (formerly gen-i)
