Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that it commissioned a scoping project from Impact Lab during this period. The deliverable was to provide a plan for the delivery of a Social Return on Investment Framework for Whānau Ora (Services). The contract value was $30,000 excl GST.
