39426 (2026). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 31 August 2026, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I received two briefings between 31 August and 4 September 2026. On 1 September, I received B5128: Retention of Surplus 2025/26 financial year. The title and content of the second briefing has been withheld in accordance with speakers ruling 199/6. I also receive regular updates from my officials on a range of matters, including via regular meetings and my weekly report.
