39416 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 29601 (2025), does Kāinga Ora have a target for the average sales price for the 900 properties it plans to sell in 2025/26 and if so, what is that average price?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the average sales price it is targeting is commercially sensitive and it is not considered to be in the public interest to release them at this time.
