Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that revenue generated from property sales is not directly reallocated to a specific activity. Rather, it is returned at a portfolio level to fund the renewal of its housing stock, enabling the delivery new, warm and dry homes in line with their customers’ needs.
