Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: On what date, if any, did the Leader of the New Zealand First Party or his Office first indicate to him that they intended to invoke the right to disagree clause of the coalition agreement in relation to the Royal Commission on the Response to COVID-19?
Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: The possibility of using the agree to disagree clause was raised with my office on a number of occasions. We do not have exact dates recorded.
