Hon Scott Simpson: No. I am advised the Minister for ACC at the time was briefed on the findings and recommendations from the Schedule 2 review consultation rounds, which are informed by a wide variety of research, including an expert medical panel. I am advised that ACC considers relevant scientific and medical evidence when assessing claims for cover, including evidence concerning occupational exposure to PCP and dioxins.
