39336 (2026). Mike Davidson to the Minister for ACC: How do sawmill workers apply for ACC on a “case by case” basis if there is no recognition of PCP contaminated by dioxins causing a wide range of health effects?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised that ACC has established pathways for considering claims relating to occupational exposure to pentachlorophenol (PCP), dioxins, and other workplace toxins through the Work-Related Gradual Process, Disease or Infection (WRGPDI) framework.
