Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: Does he agree that the introduction of the Regulatory Standards Bill was "introduced to New Zealand's Parliament in May 2025 as a result of a Coalition Agreement between two of the three political parties that currently comprise the New Zealand Government" as stated in the letter of Winston Peters of 5 August 2025?

Hon David Seymour: Yes, and that agreement is supported by the third party in its own coalition agreement.
