39328 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 37026 (2025), on what date were contracts with the each of the 28 contractors listed in the 30 June 2025 column, who are to build the 488 homes, signed and when are these homes expected to be delivered?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to the attached table. The commencement dates for these contracts can span multiple years and multiple projects, which would require significant manual collation that is not possible within the timeframes allowed for in responding to written questions. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and expense of answering this part of Member’s question is not in the public interest. Additionally, releasing details on the number of contracts held per build partner is commercially sensitive, as it would disclose the market share and delivery volumes of each developer. This is also my reply to WPQ 39423 (2025).
