39324 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many contracts, if any, have Community Housing Providers signed to deliver new social houses in 2025/26 and how many houses will be delivered through those contracts?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has signed 12 contracts with Community Housing Providers for delivery of 199 social housing places since 1 July 2025, being the start of 2025/26.
