39322 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many new state homes, if any, does Kāinga Ora expect to deliver in 2025/26 and what will be the net effect of those deliveries on Kainga Ora’s housing stock?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is forecast to deliver 1,845 new homes in 2025/26 resulting in 78,027 managed stock.
