39318 (2025). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister for Infrastructure: What advice, reports, briefings, or documents, if any, did the Minister receive (including from Ministers, government agencies, councils, iwi and hapū), regarding the Waipiro Bay Marina projected, listed by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: All information received by the Minister relevant to the Waipiro Marina project will be published on the Fast-track website. This includes: applications, briefings, submissions from invited parties, additional information requested, and section 18 reports on Treaty settlements and other obligations. To date, the application and two briefings have been published. Remaining information is expected to be published by the end of August.
