39296 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What advice or updates, if any, did the Minister receive about the Accredited Employer Work Visa during the week of August 4th 2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: A briefing paper on seasonal visa pathways, and I also received advice regarding policy considerations for the two new seasonal visa pathways, which are part of the work programme of phase two of the Accredited Employer Work Visa review. I also received other policy advice, which is under active consideration and is not in the public interest to release that information at this time. Additionally, general updates as well as statistics on the AEWV were provided to my office in the weekly report.
