39284 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: Will the labelling review proposed by the Ministry for Regulation relate to food products only or will it include other items such as clothing and electrical goods?

Hon David Seymour: Ministry for Regulation officials have advised they are currently working with industry, business and other stakeholder groups to develop the terms of reference for the review to inform what is in or out of scope. The Terms of Reference will be made publicly available on the Ministry’s website when it has been agreed (forecast to be late September).
