39233 (2026). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Has the Government withdrawn, revoked, qualified or otherwise altered New Zealand's April 2010 statement of support for the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and if so, on what date and by what means?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Yes, the Government has described its view of UNDRIP in various ways and at various times – including via the Coalition Agreements that formed the National-New Zealand First-Act Coalition Government.
