39209 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing

39209 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many social houses, if any, were delivered as part of Kāinga Ora’s Large Scale Projects in each of the last three financial years and how do those numbers breakdown by project?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to the attached table provided by Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities. The table excludes social housing built by others that Kāinga Ora has sold land to, and 155 social homes built by Tāmaki Regeneration Company.
