Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Further to reply 36977, what internal oversight, such as cost-benefit analysis, performance reviews or post-course evaluations, has been conducted, or will be conducted, in relation to the effectiveness of the training module?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by WorkSafe New Zealand that no cost-benefit analysis was undertaken, and WorkSafe has not conducted any performance reviews or post-course evaluations because training is still underway. However, this will be undertaken as part of the pilot’s overall evaluation.
