39144 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: How many redundancy processes have been initiated, if any, in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I am advised that in June 2024, the Ministry for the Environment commenced a change programme that included redundancies. Each of these processes included a call for voluntary redundancy. The Environmental Protection Authority commenced three change processes that included redundancies, in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
