39124 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many Gate 5 or benefits realisation reviews of NZTA investments have been conducted since 1 January 2024; and if not, why not?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA are responsible for initiating Gateway reviews for their investments, including seeking agreement to complete Gate 5 or benefits realisation reviews.
