Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress has been made in the last quarter (January to March 2024) to ‘Partner with government, the health sector, academia and international experts to build collaborative and coordinated information’ under Outcome 1: New Zealanders have a system that delivers consistent and modern cancer care, as part of the New Zealand Cancer Action Plan 2019 – 2029?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during this quarter (January to March 2024) Cancer Control Agency - Te Aho o Te Kahu met with Ovarian Cancer Australia to develop a coordinated approach to their work. The Cancer Control Agency engages frequently with partners and researchers across the country.
