Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress has been made in the last quarter (January to March 2024) to ‘Develop and implement a mātauranga Māori framework for delivering this cancer plan’ under Outcome 2: New Zealanders experience equitable cancer outcomes, as part of the New Zealand Cancer Action Plan 2019 – 2029?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during this quarter (January to March 2024) Cancer Control Agency - Te Aho o Te Kahu continued to work internally with its Pou Tikanga and across agencies to develop mātauranga Māori frameworks within its work programme.
