39098 (2026). Georgie Dansey to the Minister of Housing: Does Kāinga Ora own any property at 82 East Street, Enderley, Hamilton, and if so, what organisations, if any, has that property been made available to for that organisation's use, and on what dates?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me it owns the property at 82 East Street, Enderley, Hamilton. The property is no longer fit for purpose, as such it has not been offered to other providers and we are considering its future use. For previous use and dates I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 39084 (2026).
