39062 (2025). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: What papers, if any, did the Minister take to Cabinet during the week beginning 4 August 2025, by title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I took two papers to Cabinet on 4 August 2025. The first was called: Progressing the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) (Customary Marine Title) Amendment Bill. I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the title of the second paper at this time.
