Arena Williams to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Did the Ministerial Advisory Group tasked with providing independent advice and assurance on the future of KiwiRail's Interislander service provide the Minister with a paper in advance of the Cabinet meeting on 24 June, and if so, did it set out any recommendations to cabinet?
