Arena Williams to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Did the Ministerial Advisory Group tasked with providing independent advice and assurance on the future of KiwiRail's Interislander service provide the Minister with a paper in advance of the Cabinet meeting on 24 June, and if so, did it set out options or recommendations for the procurement of replacement Cook Strait ferries by an entity that is not KiwiRail?
