Hon Nicola Grigg: The proposal has not been considered by Cabinet and no substantive policy decisions were made. The Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport provided stakeholders with an update via an official email, which was focused on providing information regarding the timing of Cabinet consideration for the proposed policy.
