38987 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister for ACC: Is the Minister aware of any changes to the Talk – Meet – Resolve service?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that Simply Resolution Limited (SRL) trading as Talk-Meet-Resolve was one of three suppliers of Dispute Resolution Services for ACC. I am further advised that in December 2023 ACC notified SRL that it would not be extending its contract past the current expiry date of 30 June 2024. ACC has two other suppliers of Dispute Resolution Services, so these services will continue to be available with no interruption to ACC customers.
