38902 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How much of the $90m funding announced on 14 June 2024, is to be spent on new builds for Specialist Schools versus maintenance and repairs?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that of the $90 million in Budget 24 funding for specialist schools, $27 million is to be spent on new builds, in the form of additional specialist school satellite units at host schools, and $63 million will fund redevelopments at three day specialist schools.
