38880 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: When will the development of a costing system, on bed day rates for inpatient mental health units, be completed, if at all?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that Health New Zealand does not have a bed rate for Mental Health and addiction inpatient beds and there is no costing system.
