38867 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: How much was the total cost in New Zealand dollar terms, if any, of redundancy processes initiated, if any, in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Karen Chhour: I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 24451 (2025). The Centre for Family Violence and Sexual Violence is currently undergoing a change process that will involve redundancies. The new structure will take effect from 28 September 2026. The total number and cost of redundancies associated with the current change process will not be known until after the new structure is fully implemented.
