Hon Todd McClay: For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, I refer the Member to the Minister of Foreign Affair’s response to WPQ 38707 (2026). Invest NZ was established on 01 July 2025. None. New Zealand Trade and Enterprise spent $3,351,027 on consultancy costs from 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025.
