38794 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: What concerns, if any, were raised by dissenting members of the Professional Advisory Group on NCEA?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the Ministry of Education tested a range of options and approaches with the NCEA Professional Advisory Group (PAG). Throughout this process, the PAG provided valuable insight and feedback, which included identifying potential risks and concerns associated with each option, to consider in planning.
