38781 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Women: How much, if any, was spent in the 2025/26 financial year in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, on artificial intelligence, including costs on training staff, deploying systems, maintaining subscriptions and any other associated costs?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I am advised, Ministry for Women staff have access to Co-Pilot chat and the Ministry’s BoardConnector registration application to support women onto boards uses an internal use only AI querying tool. Co-Pilot chat is included in the general licensing costs. BoardConnector’s AI has an ongoing cost of $750 per month.
