38727 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of August 4th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand from 4 August 2025 to 10 August 2025 WorkSafe New Zealand received notification of 47 serious workplace accidents (43 notifications of injury and four notifications of death).
