Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Has the Minister received any advice from officials indicating Israel has committed crimes against humanity in regard to its actions in Gaza, including but not limited to Israel’s arbitrary restrictions on access to humanitarian aid to Gaza and if so what is that advice by title and date?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs I have received legal advice about a broad range of issues relating to the conflict in the Middle East. The precise contents and topics of that advice are subject to legal privilege, and it is not in the public interest to disclose them.
