38700 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for Regulation: What is the total number, if any, of Regulatory Impact Statements held on the Ministry for Regulation website since December 1, 2023, that had "limited evidence available to assess policy problem and its impact" and "limited consultation" noted as part of the limitations and constraints on analysis?

Hon David Seymour: Officials advise that the Ministry for Regulation does not collect or record information from individual Regulatory Impact Statements (RISs) in a way that would allow it to report on specific limitations or constraints noted in the analysis. However, all RISs are publicly available on the Ministry’s website, and this information can be identified by reviewing the documents directly.
