38660 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Climate Change: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on consultancy costs, from 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025?

Hon Simon Watts: Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions & Transport: I refer the member to the Minister for the Environment’s response to written parliamentary question 38897 (2026). Climate Change Commission: I am advised that the Climate Change Commission's spend on consultancy costs from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 is publicly available in their 24/25 Annual Report at page 74. NZGIF: NZGIF spent $2,383,236.80 on consultancy costs from 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025. For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, I refer the member to the Minister of Foreign Affairs response to written parliamentary question 38707 (2026).
