Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Prime Minister: Did the Chief Executive of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet seek the advice of Crown Law as the Chief Executive reviewed the case to renew the designation of the American Proud Boys as a terrorist organisation before recommending to the Prime Minister that the designation not be renewed and if not, does this concern the Prime Minister?
