Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: There is one Statement of Case. I am advised that the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet has proactively released documents relating to the designation of the American Proud Boys that expired under section 29B of the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002 on 19 June 2025.
