Hon Simeon Brown: The National Ticketing Solution (NTS) programme team is working collaboratively with Public Transport Authorities and transport operators in each region to develop a comprehensive transition and change management plan to implement the NTS effectively. This includes training, lessons learnt from other deployments, and support from a central team.
