38601 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: Is the Minister or any member of their office aware that the FBI stationed in Wellington includes coverage of the Cook Islands and if so, are they aware of any operations taking place there?

Hon Judith Collins: I am aware the FBI Legal Attaché in New Zealand is responsible for partnerships with New Zealand, Samoa, Niue, Cook Islands, Tonga and Antarctica. I do not comment on the operational activities of a foreign government.
