38597 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Police
Written Question
Published date: 28 Aug 2025
38597 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Police: What is the breakdown of annual resources, if any, spent by police on responding to methamphetamine related incidents or crime, and how does this compare to the previous five years, broken down by year?
Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police does not routinely collect activity-based cost information for different crime and incident types. As such, the information requested is not available and would require considerable effort to assemble. The time and associated cost in obtaining this information are not, in my view, justifiable.
