Hon Tama Potaka: It is not possible to determine the extent to which changes described in this report are attributable to policy changes or reflect existing trends, and broader economic and social contexts. Emergency housing is also just one part of the response to urgent housing need. The Government funds a wide range of supports to help people stay in their homes and to assist them in they are experiencing housing instability or homelessness.
