Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that no such analysis has been prepared. This is because the reforms will not fundamentally change the tests for whether an activity may be permitted on conservation land. Concession applications will still be subject to an assessment of the effects of an activity on conservation values, with streamlined assessment reserved for certain common activities that have a lower or manageable impact.
