Hon Tama Potaka: Cabinet has agreed that for future sites to be considered for access charges, they must meet the following criteria: • sites that are iconic and popular, with high visitor numbers; • sites with a high proportion of international visitors, AND / OR • sites with high infrastructure and facility costs. These criteria were also used to consider the initial sites for charging.
