38495 (2024). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Health: Have there been any changes to the criteria, numbers approved or allocation process, if any, for graduates from the mid-year graduation cohort in 2024 to the Nurse Entry to Practice Service and Nurse to Entry Specialist programmes?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that there have been no changes to the recruitment criteria or allocation process in 2024, and Health New Zealand continues to employ graduate nurses, focusing on areas where there are vacancies.
